Managing Director
Eunice Mwale Banda is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in managing organisational resources and achieving sustainable financial outcomes. As the former Director of Finance at Power Market Limited (Malawi), she demonstrated strategic financial leadership, including negotiating Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) with Independent Power Producers (IPPs). Eunice's expertise spans all aspects of finance and accounting, encompassing project finance, financial modelling, and working capital management. She holds certifications as a Project Finance Analyst, and she has earned a Master of Commerce in Financial Management, a Master of Business Administration, and a Bachelor of Accountancy. With over 14 years of proven experience, Eunice excels in financial modelling, project finance, financial accounting, treasury management, financial reporting, donor-funded project management, internal and external audits, budgeting, and risk management.
Director – Engineering Operations
Christopher is a Power Systems Engineer with over 10 years of experience working with utilities and contractors including Commonwealth Edison, dbHMS, and ESCOM in both the U.S. and Malawi. He holds a Master of Applied Science in Power Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from University of Malawi – The Polytechnic. His expertise spans System Design, Asset Maintenance, Network Development, and Project Management. He focuses on industry trends like Distributed Generation, Virtual Power Plants, Renewable Energy Integration, and Smart-Grid Technologies.
Director – Legal Affairs
Oswald is a seasoned Legal Practitioner with 17+ years' experience in civil and criminal litigation, commercial law, employment law, conveyancing, real estate management, probate, and family law, Corporate Governance, and Company Secretarial Services. He founded Mtupila and Company in 2011 and delivers legal support to individuals and businesses. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of Malawi - Chancellor College, and continually updates his knowledge through ongoing professional development. Committed to community service, he engages in pro bono initiatives, promoting access to justice for all.
Director - ICT
Clifford brings 8+ years’ experience in technology and cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance spanning diverse sectors. He has gained experience working for a UK-based consulting firms and a leading bank in Malawi. Clifford holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from University of Malawi – The Polytechnic, complemented by Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) certifications. His skill set encompasses assessing technology risks and implementing control frameworks. Clifford has contributed to technology reviews and implementations.
